The pattern came from Craftsy back when individuals could sell patterns on the site. The website has changed its format, and now that it’s back again, I don’t know if they sell patterns from individuals. However, in looking at the pattern, it came from Quilt Art Designs. Her website as of 2013 was quiltartdesigns.blogspot.com. Good luck!
